Wide Roller Module (For Palletised Cargo)

These modules come in 3 x 2 meter sizes and can have 3 lane, 5 lane or 6 lane configurations depending on client requirements.

Our wide roller modules come in different pitch variations of 160 mm, 110 mm & 80 mm to suit custom requirements.

These are required when the cargo is palletised or have consistent dimenions and mostly used in truck mounted or in warehouse installations.

Dual Skate Roller Module (For Air Cargo)

These modules come in 3 x 2 meter sizes and can have 3 lane, 5 lane or 6 lane configurations depending on client requirements.

Our dual skate roller modules come in different pitch variations of 160 mm, 110 mm & 80 mm to suit custom requirements.

These are most suitable for handling of Air Cargo ULDs. (Unit Load Device)

Ball Transfer Unit (For Lateral Movement)

These modules come in 3 x 2 meter sizes and can have 3 lane, 5 lane or 6 lane configurations depending on client requirements.

Our Ball Transfer Unit Module comes in 4 inch pitch version.

These are required when the cargo is to be moved laterally in a different direction during loading / unloading and is normally used in warehouse installations.

Add-On Products

Pallet Stop Assembly

This is usually used in a truck mounted system at the end of the modular pneumatic rollerbed towards the door.

Pallet Stop plates are pulled upwards to prevent the cargo from rolling back and forth when the vehicle is in motion.

This can also be used in a warehouse installation at the end of the system to prevent cargo from being pushed further than required.

Impact Roller Assembly

This is also usually used in a truck mounted system at the end of the modular pneumatic rollerbed towards the door.

Impact Roller absorbs the major impact force when cargo is being rolled on to the modular pneumatic rollerbed to prevent damage and minimise wear and tear on the rollerbed assembly.

This can also be used in a warehouse installation at the beginning of the rollerbed system to prevent damage while unloading cargo into the warehouse.
